Courses and subjects of study

The Institute of Sport Science offers the subject of sport at Bachelor's and Master's level. The study programme in Sport fulfils all Lower Saxony requirements for admission to the preparatory service for the Gymnasium teaching profession, the teaching profession for vocational schools and the teaching profession for special needs education. The institute also enables the choice of a further subject "sport" in all three teaching qualifications.

Students with an extracurricular focus have the opportunity to follow the interdisciplinary Bachelor's degree with a Master's degree in "Sport Science - Health Promotion through Sport".
