Guide to the internship in sports studies

In principle, Bachelor's students (FüBA) must complete an extracurricular ‘work placement relevant to the professional field’ in addition to the general school placement (ASP) in accordance with the work placement regulations within area C of the key competences. This work placement is carried out in one of the two study subjects. If the internship is to be realised in the subject of sport, it can be:

I) a club internship or
II) an internship in a company in the sports industry.

Funding for internships abroad through Erasmus+ is also possible after consultation with the Erasmus officer. Previously completed activities can also be recognised after consultation and under certain conditions.
